How to achieve the perfect day with our team.

We offer a 30 day walk through at the venue you booked. Gathering details for our custom timelines. Any special request and unique details of the day will be added in the appropriate areas. This generally is scheduled for (1-1.5) hour meeting.

Once I create the timeline and the couple reviews it for any final modifications, we send out a copy to all vendors so everyone is on the same page. If at this time a vendor has a timing issue we connect with the couple to verify any changes and proceed. At this point you as a couple can start to relax and be rest assured that we will communicate with the vendors from here on out.

A ceremony rehearsal is scheduled with the venue (if they allow ) or at a location that is appropriate. We require (if able) full wedding party, Officiant, and others that will be participating in the ceremony to attend. This meeting is scheduled for (1-1.5) hours.

The Big Day Has Arrived!
You will have 2 DOC on site for a full 10hrs. Helping in setup and breakdown along with full insurance for the day.
